Full Time Territory Sales Merchandiser Lead

We are currently seeking a Full Time Territory Sales Merchandiser Lead in this area to oversee a team of merchandisers in a multi-unit territory lead role.
Anderson Merchandisers is a retail services company with a specialization within big box retail stores. Our merchandisers work inside the retail store to help companies get their products from the backroom to the customer's shopping cart.
The majority of responsibility for the Territory Sales Lead is the supervision and development of the assigned associates (Sales Merchandisers) to drive sales, merchandising tasks, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will direct merchandising tasks to the Sales Merchandisers in the field, and coordinate communication with District Managers and Store Management. Each
Territory Sales Lead has about 4 Sales Merchandisers on the team. The Territory Sales Lead reports directly to the District Sales Manager.
