Summary:
The Senior Manager, NetSuite Business Analyst will be responsible for driving a streamlined NetSuite solution with the ability to rapidly deploy to new subsidiaries and business units. This person will also be accountable for leading multiple projects, working with the business defining process engineering and automation solutions, while managing the projects from inception to successful completion. This position will build relationships and interface closely with the functional business teams, to understand the business goals/needs, and work with Multiple NetSuite certified partners to design and deliver solutions that meet those needs. The main focus of this activity will include the NetSuite OneWorld ERP/CRM/Partner Portal platform with integrations, customizations and NetSuite certified plug-in applications.
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial and extremely demanding environment and has a successful track record of working effectively with and providing world-class service to internal and external customers. To succeed in this role, you will have successfully demonstrated the following skills: Global NetSuite OneWorld implementations and support, Business Analysis (Process definition to delivery), very strong project management skills, innovative vendor/partner management, broad business knowledge, strong communication abilities, and excellent problem-solving techniques. In addition, this position will demand a focus on service excellence and the demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively manage and influence senior business stakeholders including executives, suppliers and end users. This is a hands-on leadership role, and will require strong experience and knowledge of the NetSuite platform.
Key
Responsibilities:
Work with management to develop the differentiating product roadmap that will include standardizing the NetSuite instances, and eventually merging, using best in class of acquired capabilities.
Manage relationship with NetSuite Certified Partners to identify, define, design and aggressively deliver NetSuite based solutions to address rapidly changing business needs.
Manage project meetings, driving projects through methodology gates; tracking progress, identify risks and issues, escalate as needed and drive to resolution.
Provide leadership, coaching and development of team members, both direct and dotted line
Work with business process owners to understand current processes and pain points to discover opportunities for adding differentiator capabilities and services.
Work with other project leads to ensure the proper integration and maintainability
Identify and mitigate risks in a very visible manner to ensure IT is not the victim for lack of presenting options to the business.
Provide hands on leadership for NetSuite enhancements to existing NetSuite instances: Lead and manage QA and UAT, including identifying Use Cases the business may have missed, working with partners to define test scenarios, write test scripts, etc.
Education &
Experience:
BS Computer Science (or equivalent) degree

years total experience in ERP/CRM with 5-7 years of IT PM/Program Management
3-5 years hands on experience working with and implementing and management of customizing NetSuite: Certification in one or more NetSuite administration courses
Experience in development of product roadmaps to align with near term and long term business projections
Proven ability to interface closely with Business Stakeholders, IT Architects and Tech Leads as well as off-shore development and service providers
Experience with core components and architecture of ERP, CRM systems, extranets, and/or Partner Portals
Experience with Web Services, APIs, and other integration technologies
Proven experience in project management and delivering complex solutions on time and on budget.
Strong client-facing skills: business networking, consulting, partnering, and influencing
Strong verbal and written communication / presentation and demonstration abilities, facilitation, negotiation and expectation management
Experience in UAT sessions
