Upstate New York healthcare group seeks a Physician Assistant/PA or Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP to work in primary care or urgent care in the Malone/Potsdam, NY area. Student loan repayment and almost 2 months paid time off per year! Quaint town of 15,000 people - mountains, lakes, colleges, rivers, pristine farms and a great place to live!
About the Urgent Care Opening:
o 3-12 hour days per week or 4-10s per week. Urgent Care is open 7 days a week.
o 2 PA's in the clinic now. New provider may need to occasionally float to primary care
o PA/Physician Assistant or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / CRNP / ARNP/ ACNP/ FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner will work in an urgent care - walk in care setting with emergency care/ER nearby.
About the Primary Care Opening:
o Mon-fri 730a-4p, 1:5 telephone call
o PA/Physician Assistant or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)/ MSN / CRNP / ARNP/ ACNP/ FNP-BC, Nurse Practitioner will work in a primary care setting with emergency care/ER nearby.
Requirements:
o 2 years urgent care or primary care experience
Compensation:
o $90-122,000 annual salary plus 3% annual pay increases available. Student Loan Repayment!!
o Full medical benefits-80% of family paid, life, LTD and STD benefits and 401k 3% match/contribution
o 1.8 Months off per year!! = vacation, holidays, personal and sick time. Plus CME's and $2500, DEA paid and association fees paid.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
