Marketing Media Design Specialist

Job Description
The Media Design Specialist is a subject matter expert in the areas digital and static graphics development, implementation and design strategies. Responsibilities include working closely with the department's Brand Strategist, Interactive Specialist, Sr. Copywriter and Public Relations Specialist and Marketing Specialist Teams to build and refine relevant digital and static collateral design to be used across each of the company's five sales channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Shape and master company design strategies and advance the consistency of the brand. o Work with Sr. Copywriter and Public Relations Specialist to produce original and dynamic material for use in company CRM, websites, social media and future mobile application platforms. o Determine appropriate graphics style and layout. o Edit work from others in a clear, correct, and tactful manner. o Work and manage projects with various internal groups as needed. o Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
o Minimum of 3
years as a web designer with a proven track record. o Experience creating user interface design, and responsive design/development. o Experience in back end web development (languages and frameworks). o Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Typography, design theory with print, UX, IA. o Solid understanding of web concepts. o Mortgage industry experience a plus. o Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., and fluent with Windows and Mac. o Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment. o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
