Cities served: Arnold, Eureka, Washington, Union, St Clair, Sullivan, Cuba, Rolla, Owensville, Hermann, Augusta areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Outdoor sales to generate customers (additional leads will be provided)
Climbing a ladder to inspect roof condition
Assisting the customer throughout restoration process
Customer follow-up & follow-through
Commitment to personal and team goals
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma (GED)
Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required
Valid Driver's License with clean record
Reliable vehicle
No sales experience required - just a willingness to learn the process
Physical ability to perform inspections (roofs, siding, etc.)
Position Benefits include:
Annual Base Salary
Commission (realistic first year $40,000 - $60,000)
Paid Training program
Paid Vacation
Bonus while training
Weekly Gas Money

No overnight travel
