Staffing Assistant
SR. STAFFING COORDINATOR for The Resource Connection, Inc. a full service staffing services company with over 25 years' experience. TRC specializes in providing Office and Administrative - Temporary Help, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire personnel.
Source, screen, interview, assess, and place qualified applicants at client companies throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Respond to client job requests that are received through our dedicated web portal, email, and over the phone.
Work with a team of staffing coordinators to fill job openings in a timely manner.
Coordinate assigning job requests to a team of subcontractors in various locations.
Coordinate the submission of applicants and arrange interviews with client companies.
Maintain all applicant and client data using a state of art applicant tracking/customer relations management system.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years' of experience in staffing or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred and must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
