Concrete Construction Supervisor
MPW is seeking a working field supervisor who will manage commercial construction projects and the work force required to complete these projects in a safe, timely and profitable manor.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate equipment, materials and labor needed to maintain production on projects daily
Maintain project production within budget
Lead by example with attendance, productivity, communication and safety
Drive company vehicle with attached trailer carrying equipment and / or materials
Qualifications:
A clear understanding of reading blueprints / construction drawings
Ability to do takeoffs for material quantifications
Solid math and light computer skills
Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, inspectors and customers
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
Clean drivers license
Experience with form setting, concrete pouring and finishing a plus
