Tool Inspector in Quality Dept.

Plymouth, Mass, February 28, 2015. We are a Manufacturer of miniature cutting tools, Industrial and Medical. We are looking for a full time Tool Inspector in the Quality Department. The job of Inspector would be to perform inspection of products to determine conformance with customer specifications. Duties would be to inspect small parts with close tolerances, utilizing standard mechanical and electrical instruments, gauges and test rigs. Work with prints, charts and specifications to check dimensions.

Required Experience and
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required, Inspection experience in a manufacturing environment. The ability to use various types of measuring equipment such as microscopes, micrometers verners and optical comparators. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
