Duties and
Responsibilities:
Achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through outbound calling, setting phone appointments, performing internet-based product demonstrations and providing customer follow up
Make an average of 80 quality outbound sales calls each day to prospects and existing customers
Renew existing customers for repeat commissions from an assigned Book of Business.
Increase assigned Book of Business value by calling on real-estate business owners with add-on sales from a wide suite of products, including company-wide marketing solutions, advertising, company branding, lead generation, lead routing, intelligence data, reporting tools, and CRM solutions
Selling bulk purchases to business owners to provide multiple products to all the real estate agents in their company
Prospect and win new targeted customers anywhere in the entire USA without regional limitations
Handle and process orders, conduct customer education, document expectations and outcomes, overcome objections, build customer relationships, and increase client base
Education, Skills and
Experience:
Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process comprising of prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial closing, objection handling and closing
2-3 years sales experience, selling business to business or business to consumer solutions
Familiarity with the real-estate business is not required as we provide training
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, customer acquisition, and retention
Working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Compensation:
$35,000 base
uncapped commission (average 1st year: $70-90k total compensation)
2nd year average earnings: $150k-$180k
(total compensation based on promotion to senior team)
