Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Master Scheduler for a manufacturing client in the Gibson City, IL, area to manage production planning at multiple plants based on customer demand, service levels, inventory plan, product seasonality, and landed costs while optimizing capacity. This individual will also interface with sales, purchasing, operations, logistics, and customers while leading supply planning projects and continuous improvement efforts for planning processes.
Responsibilities:Manage, develop and monitor master production schedules in the short & long term horizon across multiple sites
Work with plant schedulers to determine overtime, downtime, partial run costs, promotions, seasonal supplies, and sales along with balancing volume between plants
Synchronize production scheduling with optimum crewing and equipment utilization contributing to a positive profit margin
Work with Sales to support new product rollouts & maintain new product logs
Collaborate with key customers to improve the planning process and embed lean into their process
Identify training gaps and reports needed for efficient execution of functional responsibilities for personal objectives and objectives of staff
Own the Supply Planning metrics on weekly/ monthly basis driving accountability across the Supply Chain
Work closely with Sales/ Finance to coordinate at minimum (12-month rolling) forecast
Utilize Supply Chain system tools for 18-month horizon & initiate simulation exercises
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a supply chain related field or equivalent work experience required
7 years of business experience in a planning leadership role, including materials and inventory management experience, required
SAP experience required
APICS certification preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
