Qualifications and
Responsibilities:
Must possess Associates Degree or 2 years of higher education (minimum) OR have passed the Work Keys Test
Prefer additional training or work experience.
Comfortable and confident with at risk students.
Knowledge of developmental stages of students.
Tolerance for difference in student's learning styles and
rates.
Model a respect for learning.
Flexibility in work assignment(s).
Good oral and written language skills.
Demonstrated ability in interpersonal skills.
Innate sense and acceptance of student needs and
individualities.
Ability to accept direction from certified staff and
administration.
Respectful and compliant with confidentiality.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
