Biology Laboratory Technician
Kelly Services is searching for a Biology Lab Technician to join the team of a Fortune 500 chemical company in West Layfayette, IN under a long term contract.
This is a long term contract (12
month), and pay for this role will be $14/hour.
DNA Lab Technician Daily tasks are very detail oriented and potential employees must be able to follow written procedures and safety protocols for the following:
- Preparation of samples for high throughput PCR for end-point and real-time - Preparation of samples for use on liquid handlers:
Agilent, King Fisher, Beckman Coulter and plate readers Pherastar, BioTek Synergy - Preparation of chemical solutions for extraction and PCR processes The candidate qualifications include:
- General laboratory skills including experience with liquid handling robots, pipetting, and chemical solution preparation desired.
- An AS degree or equivalent laboratory experience is preferred.
- Candidates must have education/experience related to science/laboratory.
