Physician-owned hospital specializing in outpatient and elective inpatient surgery for orthopedic, spine and podiatry patients and pain management for patients suffering from back and neck pain. Our staff provides care in an atmosphere and environment that promotes wellness and rapid recovery. With four operating rooms and two pain treatment rooms, our 23-bed facility provides patients with the latest technology and all the ancillary services associated with larger, full-service hospitals.
The CNO will have administrative responsibilities in connection with marketing, management, cost awareness, staffing, and scheduling. Develops organization wide patient care programs, nursing care policies, procedures, standards, while directing and monitoring the provision of quality nursing services.
Required Experience and Education:
BSN with Masters
Five to eight years of experience in a senior leadership position in surgical services/CNO
Details:
92 FTE's with 60 direct reports
450 cases per month ortho and spine
Expansion project to add 2 ORs and ancillary support areas.
Number of physician partners 14
