Engineer III

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external customer.
The incumbent is also responsible for assisting in the performance of the following types of maintenance work:
electrical, HVAC.
Responsible for repairing mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment.

)1.
Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
2.
Maintains and repairs refrigerator equipment, boilers, and electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment.
3.
Fabricates, repairs, and maintains equipment such as any mechanical devices, motors, and pumps throughout property.
4.
Assists in building interface or accessory equipment as needed.
5.
Assists in the installation, removal or relocation of electrical equipment, in accordance with established priorities.
6.
Responds to customer's (guests and departmental) requests for electrical assistance in order to provide courteous, timely and expert service.
7.
Fixes all property electrical equipment (except for slot machines and computers) by repairing minor damage to parts and wiring and replacing failed components, in order to ensure proper operation of all equipment according to established schedules and department standards.
8.
Examines and performs preventative maintenance checks on various types of electrical equipment to include fire alarms, and systems according to established schedules under supervision, in order to ensure that potential problems are fixed before equipment becomes dysfunctional.
9.
Performs all operations incidental to any type of maintenance painting and carpentry to meet specifications.
Job Requirements:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Thorough and in-depth knowledge of plumbing, mechanics, electrical and electronic systems, welding, refrigeration, HVAC and chillers.
These skills necessary for this position are typically acquired through a minimum of three years' related engineering experience in a hotel/casino with 750 or more rooms, and/or through the completion of an AA Degree in a related field and five years' related experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
