Pattern Shop Supervisor. It is an immediate opening that we need to fill as soon as possible.
The team in the Pattern Shop consists usually of 3-4 employees.
We are looking for someone that has hands-on wood working experience that can program CNC, have the ability to multi-task, and someone that can communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and technically /computer interaction.
In addition our candidate will assist in technical sales requiring extensive pattern/casting interaction. Supports all efforts to improve and maintain a safe working environment. Has a permanent seat on the companys safety committee.
Also, have working knowledge of all equipment used in the creation of wood, Styrofoam and other materials used in a typical pattern shop.
