Foreclosure Defense Local Counsel Needed
National Sales and Marketing firm is looking to add on Local Counsel to assist with Foreclosure Defense/Loss Mitigation work. We pay for the marketing, run nationwide commercials, screen the calls, sell the service and then put it on the retainer of the assigned Attorney. We collect all of the documents, put the RMA together and negotiate with the lender. We do weekly calls for each client and also run their payments for them. The majority of what we do is Loss Mitigation work, but we do need Local Counsel for hearings and occasional letters to assist us. We comply 100% with all of the MARS Laws and we only want to add on quality people. Every client assigned to you will be screened multiple times to assure we can even help them. That way we eliminate the majority of issues moving forward.
We will pay a set percentage to you regardless if we need your assistance or not once the client is assigned to you. On average it takes approx. 3-4 months for someone to go thru the entire process. Once we talk more we can give you all the paticulars. On average you'll recieve approx. $300-$400 per client. In 2014 we were able to help over 2400 clients and we're looking to expand even further this year. This is an excellent way to build a solid residual income along with expanding your client base for any issues they may have down the road too.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
