Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full time opportunity with a Vascular / Cardiology Group. Position involves caring for the patient with various degrees of venous disease. Experience would be ideal but strong interest and desire to learn qualifies! Physicians will provide solid learning environment and team necessary to learn this field of medicine. Excellent opportunity to join a well qualified group of physicians and ultrasound technician that will provide you with the knowledge to recognize, evaluate, diagnose, and treat venous disease.
Evaluate patient and consult with patient on various treatments available
Nerve conduction studies, ultrasound evaluation, endovenous thermal ablation, and chemical ablation ( ultrasound guided sclerotherapy) techniques
Assist ultrasound technician with injections and procedures
Follow through with patient after treatment - Monitoring and providing necessary care during patient's recovery period
Precise note taking and charting abilities required
Provide education for patient and or family members
Monday through Friday clinic position. No weekends required! Benefits include:
Three weeks PTO and one week CME and paid holidays first year

Malpractice IEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
