CSR Dispatch
Position Description
-Main point of contact when a customer has an alarm-Determines whether an alarm is a fire, burg, etc. and follows correct procedure in contacting customer to determine if actual emergency exists-If need be, contact police, EMS, or Fire Dept. and dispatch to correct location-Receives a high volume of phone calls and may be required to direct individuals to other departments
Qualifications
-Must be computer literate-Good phone skills and typing skills necessary-Dispatching experience a plus-Customer service skills helpful-Must work well under pressure and/or emergency situations
Hours
2 Open Positions
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50/hr with benefits/PTO/Vacation days in 90 day days
Must work weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week. (Always the same two days.)
