Our client, a large growing health system in Eastern TX has a need for an Administrative Director of Plant Services & Construction.

We seek a high caliber individual who will be responsible for managing the health system's plant services and construction departments.
o There are construction projects being planned not approved yet.
just began the budget process.
o There is about 1mm sf of building space on campus and off campus there is about another 1mm sf.
o As for projects, we just finished a 60 mm heart hospital o You can tell candidates that we are always building o FTEs:
35 o Professional Engineer license or certification--national Qualifications o Bachelor's degree and Professional Engineer license.
o 5 to 10 years of engineering and construction experience; 5 years of experience in healthcare is REQUIRED.
o Computer (PC) skills, ability to use spreadsheets and create reports, knowledge of CAD helpful o Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills.
o Must be energetic, detail-oriented, and multi-tasked.
Responsibilities o Planning and executing all renovation and construction projects o Lead and manage work activities of Plant Service and Construction departments o Keep senior leaders and other managers informed about all renovation and construction activities o Effectively participate in all Integrated Service activities including but not limited to facility tours, EOC compliance, EOC committee participation, JC surveys, etc.
o Complete employee evaluations and competencies per health system schedule.
o Effectively work on any special projects as assigned by Senior Leadership.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
