Our client, a Commercial General Contracting / Construction Management firm located in Peabody, MA is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the company President in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and client service focused environment. Responsibilities Include:
Manage and organize day to day activities
Telephone and calendar management
Manage to-do lists
Help manage email correspondence / Outlook
Help organize events and meetings
Create and edit documents
Type memorandums and correspondence
Maintain (and create) spreadsheets
Create and maintain filing systems
Conduct research
Interact with clients via telephone, email, and in person
Assist with ad hoc reports and special projects
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience
BA or BS preferred, but equivalent experience considered
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Resourceful and able to anticipate needs
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to problem solve and improve efficiency and processes
Excellent judgment and handling of confidential/sensitive information with discretion

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
