Overview:
Provides general accounting and administrative support to Finance Analyst and Controller
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Supervises A/R, A/P, P/R personnel and transactions
Reviews bank reconciliations
Monitors billing collections via A/R aging report
Monitors accounts payable via A/P aging report
Responsible for overseeing accounting procedures, internal controls (implementing, monitoring, enhancing)
Assists Finance Analyst and Controller in weekly and monthly close and financial reporting
Assists accounting staff in job cost reporting and analysis
Assists accounting staff in equipment reporting and analysis
Supervises or prepares general ledger reconciliations
Works on special projects, as requested
Assists with yearly audit preparation
Review monthly and quarterly payroll reports
Woodson Weekly Meeting
Accounting Dept Meetings
Procedure Improvements - Forward Thinking
Communicate effectively with all employees, Customers and Vendors
Support Field Employees as needed
Cross train and act as back-up to Controller and Finance Analyst
Support Finance Analyst as needed
Other Duties as assigned by Controller or Finance Analyst

Travel Required:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
