Elevate Technology Solutions is currently accepting applications for a Technical Writer, to support our operations in Crystal City, VA. This excellent opportunity requires that the ideal candidate to be customer focused, and willing to join a winning team.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for the following:
Technical writer will work in support of both the Infrastructure and Application lane.
Technical writer must have technical background to help QA content and work with engineers in drafting content into appropriate templates (e.g., System Requirements, Technical Architecture documents, Whitepapers, etc.).
Tech Writer should also be proficient with drafting presentations for various audience types.
The Technical Writer must have the following skills:
Excellent interpersonal and general business communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated success working in an environment driven by budget, scope and deadlines across multiple clients/projects
Experience with researching and gathering relevant technical data from subject matter experts such as engineers, developers and programmers as well as from internal documents
Understanding of Technology
Technical Writing Documentation of IT Policies, Standards, and Procedures
The Technical Writer must meet the following
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or related industry experience

Years of Technical Writing Experience of Infrastructure and Application specific documentation
Office Suite, Google Docs, Document Management
