Our client, a growing pharmaceutical company in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, is seeking a top-notch Executive Assistant to support the CMO and his team. This is a very high level position and requires a high level of integrity and confidentiality. This is a newly created position.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
o Prepare meeting documents, presentations, and other communications, etc. using standard computer applications.
o Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
o Set-up and maintain electronic and paper filing, as needed.
o Maintain calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
o Monitor and track projects and tasks, ensuring attention to time-sensitive issues and longer-term initiatives, providing succinct background information when needed.
o Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
o Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
o Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service
o Ability to work independently and take initiative; must be a quick learner, able to multi-task and easily adapt to changing circumstances.
o Ability to make decisions independently.
o Excellent writing and copy-editing skills; enthusiasm for writing required.
o Advanced organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
o Ability to effectively work on a team in a complex, fast-paced environment.
o Computer skills in word processing, database and spreadsheet programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
o Experience at a pharmaceutical company preferred.
o Ability to articulate clearly and conduct verbal presentations with large and small audiences.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
