Position Overview
Carries out all activities required to achieve all studio goals, including sales and sitting objectives, customer experience, loss prevention and merchandise/portrait presentation while improving customer engagement.
Responsibilities
o Directs customer experience efforts to ensure consistency with Picture People standards; leads by example to enhance the customer experience, maximise sales opportunities and increase sittings.
o Ensures attainment of personal sales and sittings goals.
o Understands the Picture People culture and ensures compliance with all Picture People Policies & Procedures, as well as studio operational standards.
o Enforces studio merchandise presentation.
o Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidates must have:
a minimum of 18 years of age.
a high school diploma or equivalent.
the ability to verbally communicate in English and local community's native tongue.
the ability to fulfill travel requirements.
the ability to work alone and as part of a team to carry out business objectives and operational standards.
the ability to learn on the job.
a working knowledge of basic computer software i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel.
the ability to lift a minimum of 35lbs.
the ability to remain on your feet and physically active for a minimum of 5 hours per day.
the ability to get to work on time as required.
the ability to work weekends and extended hours as required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
