Real Estate Attorney
Associate attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the practice areas of commercial real estate and commercial lending.
Candidate will be responsible for commerical mortgage lending transactions, including construction and permanent loans, mezzanine financing, co-lending and intercreditor arrangements.
Candidate must possess experience in the negotiation, drafting and legal counseling relating to real estate contracts, commercial leases (office and retail) and joint ventures.
Ideal candidate will possess an emphasis on lender representation.
New York Bar admission is required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
