Office Manager

We're seeking a full-time office manager to help keep the corporate office running smoothly. We value well-rounded individuals who are eager to adapt to new kinds of tasks and challenges. The position is also responsible for, but not limited to:
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
o Maintain collaborative and productive internal relationships with corporate office and facilities.
o Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; helping prepare payroll; controlling correspondence; assigning and monitoring clerical functions
o Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
o Participate in the implementation of new policies, programs, and system technology to meet operational objectives.
o Actively participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
o Help manage staffing of various field locations.
o Drive strategic HR-related planning, organization design & integration, staffing, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, compliance and performance management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
o BA/BS preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o 3 - 5 years management experience
o HR, recruiting and staffing experience in the physical therapy field
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
o Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.
o Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
o High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
