Manufactory Sanitation Supervisor

Please note that this is a night shift position
Location: Flemington, NJ
KEY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Will include but are not limited to the following:
Effectively maintain a Master Sanitation Schedule to define equipment and facility areas to be cleaned and frequency to achieve established levels of cleanliness
Develop and communicate sanitation plans for each scheduled cleaning session for Chilled Juice, Aseptic and Smoothie Plants.
Ensure the proper verification of cleaning & sanitization events by performing visual inspections, ATP testing and enforcing proper and accurate documentation of all sanitation forms/logs.
Assist in the development of sanitation personnel members through On-The-Job training.
Promotes, complies, actively participates and enforces the importance of good manufacturing practices, to ensure compliance with company, customers and regulatory requirements
Conduct sanitation training for plant personnel.
Identifies and communicates special sanitation projects to production management and personnel.
Work closely to ensure SOP requirements are maintained.
Conducts internal audits of facility and equipment to evaluate effectiveness of sanitation efforts.
Perform regular inventories of sanitation non-chemical supplies.
Support management during third party audits (SQF, AIB, Kosher, organic, FDA, customers, non-GMO)
Work to efficiently and effectively close out internal & external audit findings.
Participate in Pest Control activities.
Maintain good communication with all departments. Give guidance and feedback to all departments with regard to plant sanitary conditions.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Review new equipment or equipment modifications to give feedback on design aspects that affect the ability to clean and sanitize the equipment or process.
Oversee laboratory testing on raw materials, blends and finished product
Actively participate on customer complaint and non-conforming product resolution
Other tasks as per division priorities or projects

EDUCATION/
Experience:
BS degree preferred in Food Science, microbiology, chemistry, or related field,
2 years of equivalent work related experience.
Demonstrated people and team leadership skills.
Working knowledge of sanitation practices and programs is a plus.
Must be able to work off shift and weekends as needed
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
