Purpose and Description:
This position will provide overall project support and coordination for the entire Small Business health care reform project team
The coordinator will also provide administrative and analytical support to Program Managers on the team
Essential Functions:
Create and disseminate information (Project Plan, etc.), to project team members
Researches, compiles, and formats information into databases and spreadsheets
Responsible for organizational level operations including coding invoices, and acting as a liaison to Finance
Manage contractor invoices to ensure appropriate application of cost centers and GL spending categories; monitors for accurate processing through A/P and ensures accuracy against HIX budget.
Meeting scheduling and planning
Meeting notes creation
Project plan creation and tracking
Meeting facilitation
Required
Experience:
High school diploma or GED required
Demonstrated experience in project coordination
This person must have experience with the creation and tracking of project plans, databases, spreadsheets, financial invoicing, and budgeting
Extremely organized, proficient in project planning/processes, high attention to detail
Functions as an information source on organization policies and procedures
Preferred
Experience:
BA or BS preferred
Health care experience preferred, but not required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
