Project Management SpecialistDescription:
Client is an implementer for the Ameren Missouri Residential Energy Efficiency Programs.
The goal of the Programs are to deliver long-term energy savings and bill reductions to customers through a variety of Programs including, of a variety of cost-effective lighting measures, home energy analysis, rebates for various appliances, etc.
The successful candidate will support the Programs offered throughout the utility service territory.
The primary function will be to support the program including providing a high-level of customer relations, subcontractor relations, account management, inventory management, impact study evaluations and reporting.
The successful candidate must be analytical with strong reporting skills This position requires technical knowledge and an understanding of energy efficiency.
The position is responsible for projecting the image of the Programs by accurately and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction in a variety of situations.
The ability to communicate and interact with different types of customers and the client over the phone and in person in a very knowledgeable and pro-active manner is crucial to the success of the program.
The general nature and level of work for this position includes but is not limited to:
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Maintain productive relationships with all customers from scheduling, follow up reminders calls, survey calling and various customer quality controls.
- Data entry and tracking of metrics vs.
Program goals - Communicate any discrepancies related to data/reporting and obtain resolutions.
- Assist in client reporting, including preparation and delivery of weekly, monthly and annual reports related to Program performance in order to meet deadlines as well as ad hoc reports upon request - Provide problem resolutions when necessary for program impact performance vs.
cost - Support with internal reporting - Schedule Coordination with subcontractors - Complete QA / QC as required.
Basic Qualifications:
o Associates degree o 3 years experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) in a business setting with a strong excel skill set o Ability to multi-task effectively and assume responsibility for time-sensitive projects o Demonstrate attention to detail and possess a high degree of accuracy in all work Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or communications (or other related fields) o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Comfortable working with people and team environment o Ability to work well under pressure o Initiative and ability to work independently o Strong organizational skills o Action Oriented o Good mathematical ability o Interest in or understanding of energy efficiency Required Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
