Our Drivers are responsible for safely operating a truck with capacity of more than 3 tons to transport and deliver products or materials in loose or packaged form.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.
Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
This position is responsible for efficiently servicing assigned customers, while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and with Company policies.
Occasional operation of additional equipment such as forklifts and bucket-loaders may be required.
Some weekend/evening hours may be required however, no overnight driving is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory duties.
Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A.
Education and Experience Our Drivers must have acceptable driving records, meet all DOT guidelines, have a Class B CDL and a minimum of 1 year experience operating a truck with capacity of more than 3 tons or military equivalent.
B.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required.
C.
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required None required.
