Recruiter
Corestaff Services is seeking a Contract Recruiter. In this role you will be a key member of an innovative, collaborative and experienced team that understands what it takes to identify and attract talent. This requires someone to build relationships with business leaders and to identify sales talent that meet the requirements, possess the skills and experiences that fits the our client needs. Pay rate is $25 hourly. This position is located in Lake Forest.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3 to 5 years of experience recruiting for a large, high volume sales organization required.
LinkedIn Recruiter experience required. Certified LinkedIn professional preferred.
Good strategic-thinking skills, with an ability to collaborate with fellow team members on best practices.
Excellent negotiating skills coupled with strong ability to handle objections effectively
Strong organizational skills, a multi-tasking style and project management approach
Strong customer focus, taking a consultative approach towards clients
Broad understanding of the nature of sales
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment/hiring laws and practices
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
