Materials Technician - $9.50 plus $0.50 bonus

Job Description:
To be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of logistics and material functions
Experience and
Qualifications:
o 2 years experience safely driving a fork truck in fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
o Experience with warehouse functions such as forklift operations, scanning bar codes and shipping and receiving
o Proficient in math
o Must be energetic and enthusiastic.
o Must be able to lift 35 lbs repetitively.
o Ability to work in fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks.
o Ability to interact well and efficiently with other employees.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
o Forklift operations moving material as needed
o Work safely
o Inventory control and cycle counting
o Use of scanners
o Helps at others as appropriate.
o Report abnormalities to Supervisor.
o Maintain a clean and organized work area.
o Other duties as assigned.
Conditions of Employment:
o Hourly position.
o Must live in close proximity to the plant located in Clinton Tennessee.
