Seeking individuals to develop technical training materials for a cGMP regulated industry. This individual will work with the others on the L&D team to develop technical training materials for a cGMP regulated industry . The Learning Objective Document author will observe and document production activities, incorporating required skills into learning objective documents. Includes development of training programs and materials including: Hands on exercises, practice simulations, job aides, training presentations, and handouts. The Learning Document Author will need the ability to flex and adapt in a real time basis and maintain multiple channels of feedback and input.
Required:
B.S./B.A degree (Business, Engineering, Science, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent); Experience Developing and Delivering Adult Education Programs; programs Minimum of 2 years experience working or directly supporting a regulated or military environment; Minimum of 2 years of work experience in coordinating & executing training activities and; Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); ability and willingness to periodically work on other shifts to help meet business needs, Preferred: Biologic/Vaccine/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing ExperienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
