IT Help Desk Support
Rapid Radiology is looking for additional staff to help support our teleradiology software.
Ideal Skills:
Prior help desk experience
Prior experience remotely assisting users.
Familiarity with remote access software (VNC, Team Viewer, ect)
Familiarity with WinXP, Win7, and Win8.
Good understanding of network concepts. (EG, what address would you use to view a webpage served by the computer you are on?)
Prior healthcare, PACS, RIS, or EMR experience is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
