Maintenance Worker


Specific Requirements:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be willing to participate in outside training as well as training in-house.
Must be able to understand written and verbal instruction and carry out those instructions.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Good interpersonal skills (work well with others).
3-5 years' experience in mechanical, electrical, welding, or building maintenance a plus.
Good mechanical aptitude. (applicants will take confidential test)
Accurately complete required paperwork. (time sheets & maintenance work orders)
Work overtime with minimum notice.
10. Good safety, attendance and performance records.
11. Self-motivated, must be able to complete tasks and perform repairs with little direct supervision.
12. Must have a valid Texas Driver's License
13. Willingness to learn new things.
Physical Considerations
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

After Proper Training:
15. Exacting mental and visual attention to details and identify potential problems.
16. Be able to work with and around others safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
17. Take direction and instruction from more knowledgeable maintenance personnel in order to develop the skills needed to advance to Maintenance A status.
18. Keep routine preventative maintenance schedule by greasing, oiling, changing filters, etc., on all plant machinery, process equipment, facilities and vehicles.
19. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance under the guidance of Maintenance A or Maintenance Supervisor.
20. Must pass forklift operator's training certification.
21. Must pass man-lift operator's training certification.
22. Must pass LOTO training certification.
Perform other job duties as assigned by supervisor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
