Professional Coding Director
Our direct client in the greater Boston area is seeking a full time Professional Coding Director to join their team.
Job Details:
- Under the direction of the Vice President, the Director oversees all operations and projects of the Professional Coding department.
- In this role, the Director is responsible for daily operations, development and operational implementation of systems, processes, protocols, process improvement, and workflow to ensure compliant, efficient, and fiscally responsible departmental operations while meeting regulatory guidelines for quality and compliance as well as the goals of the client.
Requirements:
- Coding certificate and Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5
years management in a healthcare environment, preferrably in a professional coding and/or billing environment for a large group practice
