Marketing Coordinator- Dementia and Parkinson's Marketing Experience R
Job
Summary: Writing, organizing and managing the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Coordinating and communicating programs within the business and manage distribution channels.
Essential Job Functions:
Provides regular status reports on Dementia and Parkinson's marketing efforts and progress to Management
Organizes and coordinates strategic meetings with MD24 House Call and preferred Dementia and Parkinson's vendors
Attends conferences with intent to market MD24 House Call and Dementia and Parkinson's preferred vendors
Help team members to understand educational materials via Google Group, Google Drive, and Google hangout
Ability to communicate effectively with key members outsourced (out of the country in Vietnam) marketing team through email, through online video communications and on the Skype phone
Data mining and referring to appropriate distribution channels
Provide weekly and monthly reports to management and Dementia and Parkinson's preferred vendors
Minimum
Qualifications:
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Dementia and Parkinson's field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing position within health care industry
Previous experience in marketing Healthcare Technology and introducing innovative technical products to the healthcare industry and consumers
Experience in using CRM, specifically Odoo CRM or another web-based CRM
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and a Key Performance Index
Desired
Experience:
3 years of experience in a Marketing position within Dementia and Parkinson's industry preferred
Strong technical skills preferred
Sales experience is a plus
With our unique model, our current Marketing Coordinators have a well-paid monthly base income plus $1,000 per qualified signed preferred provider agreement once completed training in 30 days.
Full-time position, 5 days a week, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM. For full-time employees we have full comprehensive benefits including health insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K, mileage coverage, and a phone allowance.
MD24 House Call is a largest network of Primary Care Clinicians and Physician Specialists who provide mobile medical services to patients in assisted and independent living communities including numerous Memory Care facilities. Our services are specifically designed for the elderly populations.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
