ORDER ENTRY ASSOCIATE-Monday-Friday 9:30-6:30-$9.50
One of our favorite clients is looking for the perfect Order Entry Associate!!
Responsibilities:
Read, interpret, and understand Doctor's prescription forms, Doctor's preferences, and evaluator notes on the work ticket.
Follow case production schedule to maintain on-time case completion.
Enter new orders and delivery dates in the computer based on information written on prescription.
Update married cases upon return from Consult and/or doctor's office.
Send set up account and ship to address activity to Accounting is necessary.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ISO and safety.
Forward update / modified or married cases to proper location for expediter pick up. Update or modify other information as required or needed in lab.
Provide training to new Order Entry Associates as needed.
Other tasks as assigned.
? Job Requirements
One to two years related experience
Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple projects
Ability to follow through and resolve order issues
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills
Good computer skills
