POLICE OFFICER
POSITION SUMMARYNonexempt (Hourly - Eligible for overtime) To enforce all laws and ordinances for the facility.
To ensure the preservation of peace and public order and prevent and protect from crimes.
To apprehend violators of the law as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh School diploma or GED and one (1) year of related experience required.
Work experience may NOT substitute for minimum education requirement.

Monitors Emergency Department waiting area.
Responds to emergency situations in a professional manner.
Performs hourly walk through to various areas of the facility and the grounds surrounding it.
Routes all reports to appropriate personnel.
