Express Employment Professionals in Howell is looking for CNC Programmers.
Scheduled work days: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Develop machine programs for Trumpf2530
Laser, Trumpf3030 Laser, and Amada
Vipros 357 CNC Punch.
Independently obtain missing or questionable information from the customer.
When workload demands, conduct first-part checks for Production Section.
When workload demands, conduct select production operations for Production Section.
Follow your chain of command.
Knowledge and Skills Areas:
Produce programs from customer and supervisor instructions using TOPS 100 program.
Produce programs from customer and supervisor instructions using Fabriwin program.
Use and understand: Microsoft Excel in record keeping and management systems.
Understand and be able to create computer drafting products.
Be able to identify raw material on hand accurately.
Have the ability to express your thoughts in written and spoken communication.
Possess a high attention to detail.
Be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
Be proficient in measuring prototype, sample, and production parts using tape measure, micrometer, caliper, and protractor.
Be able to produce an accurate CAD drawing from a sketch or sample part.
Be able to operate the CMM machine to reverse engineer or check parts.

Requirements:
Must have CAD experience (Prefer Tops 100, Keycreater, or FabriWin) Must be able to understand technical drawings.
Prefer to have sheet metal cutting or forming experience.
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
