Accounts Receivable Associate
Our client, an established and growing manufacturing company based in Fall River, needs a motivated Accounts Receivable Associate.
Candidates must have previous AR experience. Must also have an understanding of accounting concepts, including debits, credits and working with customer deductions. Must have excellent oral & written communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Invoicing
Bill Review and Auditing
Account Maintenance
Apply customer payments
Generate and use EDI Attendant
Fill cash batches
Research and solve payment discrepancies
Make adjustments to accounts as needed
Qualifications:
Associates Degree preferred
2-3 years previous experience
Excellent attention to detail
Able to work in a team environment and individually
Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
