Exceptional Inbound CSRs needed
Exceptional Inbound Customer Service Representatives are needed at the Cummings Center in Beverly, MA, for National Employment. Our stable award-winning company has a small amount of openings for Customer Service Representatives who have both excellent customer service and the typing skills to take inbound phone calls.
Responsibilities:
This specialized team for National Employment will work between 11a-10p and Saturday or Sunday. We will take a few exceptional part time employees, if you can work from 4p to 10 pm several nights a week and a full day on the weekend. All work is located at the Cummings Center in Beverly and remote work isn't an option at this time.
Requirements:
Exhibits outstanding verbal and sales skills
Applies patience and understanding in all phone interactions
Communicates professionally when speaking with customers
Records call results accurately while talking with customers over the phone.
Able to work independently
Type at a minimum of 25 words per minute
Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation.
Attention to detail and references are an absolute must.
Education And/Or Experience
A high school diploma or GED is required. An associate's degree or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous customer service or sales experience.
Multi-task; switch from task to task without loss of efficiency, poise or focus.
Successfully cross-train as requested to develop and broaden call center services skill sets and to support client demand.
