Purchase Order/Operations Associate
Here at Agent18 we love great design! We understand that we're not saving babies but we take making cool mobile accessories seriously. We make fun products and we're looking for a rock-star PO/Ops Associate. This position supports us by placing PO's for goods, then moving them from our factories to our warehouses and customers. A successful candidate will communicate with our operations network to ensure the supply chain is running smoothly.
Some of your daily duties and responsibilities include:
Manage all inventory cut-off requirements per financial needs. (Month End/Year End)
Regular inventory reviews--Monitor inventory flow for customer availability
Schedule and monitor inventory flow from overseas to USA and other destinations
Provide insights into the company's profitability by monitoring freight and part costs
Manage vendor PO process
Implement overall Operations processes and procedures.
Manage Logistics and Freight providers.
Maintain event calendar to proactively coordinate key milestones for transitions and product launches.
Maintain/update NetSuite (ERP system)
Here's the skills that we think will make you successful.
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Advanced level skills with Excel (including formulas and PivotTables) and database extraction skills.
Strong analytical skills, inventory management, and forecasting experience required.
Ability to work independently, as well as, be a strong partner to our sales and operations teams.
Manage multiple projects while achieving time sensitive deadlines?
Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity
Advance level of understanding of NetSuite
Industry experience in mobile accessories
This a full time, position based in West Hollywood. This is a salary position; pay $45,000 - $50,000 plus benefits.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
