We are currently recruiting for District Managers
District managers, in addition to General Manager duties and responsibilities at home club, the District Manager will be responsible for leadership and accountability at the other club(s) in the District and the following
Provide Inspirational Leadership Train/Coach General Managers (GMs) and General Manager in Training (GMT)
Ensure onboarding of new, promoted or transferred GMs and GMTs following best practices and company guidelines
Work with Regional Training Manager (RTM) to insure development of GMs and GMTs.
Work with sales staff to exceed all sales goals and sales KPI metrics in all clubs within their responsibility. Identify talents/skills Identify and interview GM and GMT candidates.
Write annual Performance Appraisals for GMs and GMT.
Analyze reports, data, systems, and facilities Review reports relating to sales, performance, payroll, inventory, etc. and make recommendations or take action as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the health club industry
Minimum three years in a health club setting
Proven track record in a multi-club environment
Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation (budgeting and specifically profit and loss statements)
Minimum of three years management experience (fitness preferred) leading supervisory and multi-department teams.
Three to five years' experience working directly with customers and delivering high satisfaction rates.
Two
years in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of improving sales result
Bilingual skills a plus
Personal vehicle, valid Driver's License and clean DMV printout required (must be able to travel within market and between clubs)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
