Environmental Health & Safety Leader "NEEDED"

We are looking for experienced EHS Leader to develop, implement and maintain environmental, health & safety programs to comply with local, state and federal regulations.
o Manage hazard control and accident prevention programs.
o Maintain accurate records of all environmental, health and safety activities, including all required regulatory reporting information and data.
o Maintain all required environmental registrations, certificates and permits and manage activities to support compliance to such requirements.
o Manage waste disposal program.
o Plan, coordinate and conduct all Environmental, Health & Safety training, including new-hire orientation.
o Conduct environmental, health and safety compliance audits to identify performance to standard; develop and implement corrective actions for areas of non-compliance or improvement needed.
o Establish and monitor procedures to evaluate experimental and new materials used in our processes.
o Actively lead and participate in the Safety and Environmental Program including the facilitation the Safety Committee activities.
o Maintain OSHA 300 log.
o Develop and maintain Safety Manual as required.
o Manage incident investigation process, return-to-work program and workers' compensation claims.
o Manage incident report investigation process to identify root cause(s); develop and implement permanent corrective actions.
Skills and Requirements include:
o Bachelor's degree in safety, industrial safety, environmental engineering or related field or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
o A minimum of 10 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment; preferably in an adhesive or chemical industry.
o Working knowledge and experience in environmental and safety compliance, performing audits, root cause analysis and corrective action.
o Experience managing workers' compensation claim process from initial incident to return-to-work and working with occupational clinic.
o Experience in developing, implementing and conducting training.
o Working knowledge of Cal-OSHA/OSHA regulations, NFPA codes and other regulatory requirements.
o Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
