Occupational Therapist - Acute Rehab
Full time, direct hire position.
Inpatient services at the facility include acute rehabilitation, nursing care and medical management.
Outpatient services include physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
The Occupational Therapist ensures continuation of performance through effective education of the patient, family, support system, and home program, if applicable.
These functions are carried out according to hospital policy and in accordance with the mission and vision of the hospital and consistent with the philosophy of the department.
The OT supervises/provides occupational therapy services to patients ranging in the age from 14-100
in an inpatient and/or outpatient environment.
The OT supervises supportive personnel and actively participates in departmental activities and processes.
Requirements:
One year of experience in the care of patients in rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona and current Basic Life Support/CPR card.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
