Production Manager - 10730
Amazing, growing plastics comapny looking for a strong Production Manager, with experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 standards
Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
? Organize, oversee and direct activities of processors and lead hands on three production shifts
? Direct and manage production operations including injection molding, clean room molding, secondary assembly and maintenance.
? Direct and coordinate production planning, scheduling and inventory control functions.
? Ensure adherence to production schedules to achieve optimum on-time delivery.
? Responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing elements of ISO 9001 level quality system.
? Control allocation of production personnel among departments to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
? Establish and maintain effective communication between production departments, and production shifts.
? Support and maintain manufacturing components of company computer system.
? Ensure accurate data input of all production related operations.
? Oversee and direct inventory control and cycle counting functions.
? Continually improve employee skill level through ongoing training and performance reviews.
? Support, implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices.
? Maintain a clean and safe work environment, maintain and support Company safety policies.
? Must adhere to GMP.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
