Psychiatry (Addiction) - ANNAPOLIS, MD:
PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL DIRECTORSHIP AND STAFF POSITIONS AVAILABLE! MUST BE BOARD CERTIFIED IN ADDICTION MEDICINE OR HAVE ASAM CERTIFICATION (The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Experience in Chemical Addiction a must! A well-established Healthcare System is seeking to expand their successful Alcohol & Drug Rehabilitation Center by adding an all-important Psychiatric Component and bringing on board a Medical Director along with a staff Psychiatrist. Both must have completed an Addiction Medicine program or be ASAM certified. The new Medical Director will lead, plan, direct, and coordinate the delivery of Behavioral Health services. They will also implement related policies/procedures and provide leadership to staff. Additional responsibilities also will include inpatient and out patient consults as well as emergency service coverage. Shared Call! Candidates must be patient-focused with strong communication skills and have proven leadership experience!
