Fiber Optic Technician

Under immediate supervision, operate tools and equipment required to install, repair, and maintain copper and fiber optic cabling, associated media, and related infrastructure. Demonstrate an understanding of Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) / Electronic Technicians Association (ETA) standards and appropriate Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI) certifications.

Required Education and
Experience:
HS Diploma or GED
2-4 years of experience required
Possess at least one of the following certifications: Fiber Optics Installer (FOI) or Fiber Optics Technician (FOT)

Qualifications:
Active and current Secret/SSBIEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
