POSITION: Global Director of Business Development, Capital Equipment
LOCATION: Marion Iowa (Cedar Rapids Area)
SALARY: $150-160K
30% Bonus
DEGREE: Required
Experience: 10
Years Experience selling Capital Equipment including Global Experience
RELOCATION: Package Available
TRAVEL: 50-70% - Domestic and International
We are seeking a Director to lead our technically-savvy sales team as we expand our product line and continue to bolster the company's solid reputation. The Director will be a professional sales manager who can further develop the team's skills and business development plans. Although experience in our type of equipment is not mandatory, we do seek candidates with capital equipment sales within the food and consumer goods industries. You'll need to talk the talk with customers and your sales engineers. A solid background in sales coaching and team development is key to the success of the Director. This person must have some exposure to global or international sales.
